MP was awarded the design services for the D'Iberville Police Station. The 2-story facility is approximately 18,000 sq ft and is located off of Lamey Bridge Road in D'Iberville, MS. The Scope of work consisted of Program Development and Projected Construction Cost Estimation. MP conducted preliminary design meetings with the City staff to determine all needs were met. A written program was developed along with a projected cost estimate and Schematic Design and Development. MP prepared a schematic design based on the preliminary program. This schematic design included site elements, structure, and mechanical and electrical systems. The final version of the schematic design will include color rendered copies of the site plan, floor plans, and exterior elevations. MP prepared detailed construction drawings including but not limited to: topographic survey, boundary survey, demolition plan, layout plan, site grading and drainage plan, floor plans and schedules, exterior sections and elevations, structural design, structural details, framing details, detailed electrical, mechanical, and HVAC design.
