SUMMARY
MP Designed the Fresenius Health Care facility in Gulfport, MS. The project scope included all design services for this new 5,000 SF medical facility. The single story building provides business services for a specialty outpatient clinic for kidney dialysis training.
The construction consisted of a new state of the art, energy efficient autoclaved aerated concrete design. The building was constructed as a slab on grade with all load bearing walls being autoclaved concrete blocks, the roof system is light gauged metal studs under a standing seam metal roof.
MP Design Group provided all aspects of the professional design to the owner in a timely manner and within the owner’s budget.
