SUMMARY
Southaven's newest restaurant, Georgia Blue, officially opened it's doors to the public in August of 2023. The restaurant is located in the Silo Square development area. The new facility, designed by MP Design Group, features over 12,600 square feet of space including a downstairs bar/lounge, 3 private dining rooms, gift shop, and an upper level, open-air bar with balcony views overlooking Soli Square and Snowden Grove. The restaurant serves traditional Cajun inspired southern cuisine with a variety of specialty cocktails and drink offerings.
